Maid is back

9/10 friends told me that most Indonesia maids will not return after her holiday back home. Therefore, hb and I had expected her to FFK and would not return home. Out of our expectation, she came back on schedule. When she saw my hb, the first thing she asked was "mana bb?". Guess, her bond with my daughter is already there.

After her vacation back home, she woke up very early (before 5.30am), and cleaned up the whole house within 2 days. Well, will see how long she could maintain that standard. Usually, she's those easy going type.

Malacca chicken rice

If you have been to Malacca, you will hear or try their Malacca famous chicken rice.

I had tried few times, but getting more disappointed during every visit. My first visit was 10 years ago. The experience was special because the rice came in ball shapes. The chicken was ok.

Then, over the years when there were visitors from overseas, we will drop by this Malacca chicken rice shop. Just to give them a diff. experience. The chicken was so-so.

Last 2 weeks, we brought parents and BB to this chicken rice again. It's very disappointing The rice was tasteless and the chicken was soft and tasteless too. The only good thing was their chili. However, the place was packed with tourists (guess Singaporeans). Well, with that kind of food quality, I could get 10x better in KL. Don't think I will visit unless, there are visitors who requested it.

Nokia E66

Used Nokia E66 for 1-2 months already. Let me share my personal experience of this phone.

Recommendation to buy: No
What I like about this phone
1) Big screen
2) Comes with wifi and 3G
3) 3.0pixel camera with flash

What I don't like about this phone
1) Can't navigate menu while on talking on the phone (sometimes I wanna to find a friend's phone number while talking on the phone, I couldn't do so)
2) When friends send their numbers through SMS to me, the phone didn't allow me to use the number to call. NOT User friendly
3) short battery life - can last max 3 days with few hours talk time
4) Very soft speaker phone - hardly can hear what caller says when put on speakerp hone.

Paid RM1100 for it,, regretted. !@$#%$^#

1st night without maid

Maid had gone back to Surabaya for a month holidays. Last Sunday was the first night without maid. Therefore, I had to take over all the feeding, bathing, playing and baby sitting work.

The first day without maid was not too bad. I managed to feed bb whole bowl of rice and soup. Then, she followed us out for dinner at Puchong foodcourt. At foodcourt, she was pretty cool, and just enjoyed her carrot milk.

Then, we went back home around 9.30pm. Usually, my maid will accompany her to bed while hb and I will watch Astro. Without a maid, I had to sacrifice my TV time and went to bed with BB. She was so naughty and took 2 hours to sleep. sigh! tiring but enjoyable.

Lost my driving license

I lost my driving license, and I didn't know till few weeks later.

How I found out was when i visited custom department to claim my bag. The guard officer demanded for my driving license. Then, when I searched into my wallet, I found 2 driving license renewal slips but no sign of my photo driving license. one driving license renewal slip printed my name, and another one was written as Teo xxx xxx. OMG! Where the hell was my driving license?

Someone must had returned the wrong driving license to me when I left them for visitor tag. I was scratching my head. After searching through my "mind", I could only think of 2 places. One was when I visited my Equine friend a month ago, and another one was Puchong Hartamas when I visited a friend who had just delivered a baby girl. So, I went to these 2 places and finally found it at puchong Hartamas guard house.

So, lesson learned. I will not leave my photo driving license anymore, instead will leave the renewal slip.
